COME ALONE No guests or pets allowed during your appointment. Do NOT bring children to your appointment. Doing so will result in rescheduling your appointment due to liability & insurance restrictions. Permanent makeup is a form of tattooing. DEPOSIT A non refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to secure a time slot. If you cannot pay the deposit through the website contact me for other payment methods. No deposit means no appointment. 100% of the non refundable deposit will go towards the total cost of service. The remaining balance will be due on the day of the appointment. I accept credit/debit cards. The site I use charges clients a 3.5% fee. If you want to avoid the fee you can also pay with cash. Who is NOT a good candidate for my services?   • Under 18 years of age • Extremely oily skin • Diabetes • Pregnant or nursing women • Allergic to lidocaine • Glaucoma  • Skin diseases such as psoriasis, eczema and undiagnosed rashes or blisters on the site that is to be treated • Prone to keloids  • Easily triggered post inflammatory hyper pigmentation  • Transmittable blood conditions like HIV or Hepatitis  • Active skin cancer in the area to be tattooed  • Hemophilia • Healing disorders  • Blood thinners • Uncontrolled high blood pressure • Accutane or steroids within 6 months • No uncontrolled diabetes/cancer within 1 year • Thyroid meds are ok but be advised they will make pigment fade faster! • If you have previous permanent makeup please message me before booking your appointment PreCare Protocol: Do not tan two weeks prior or have sunburned face. Do not have any type of facial/peel/botox 3 weeks prior to treatment. Discontinue Vitamin A/Retinol 2 weeks prior to treatment. Do not take Fish Oil or Vitamin E - 1 week prior (natural blood thinners) No/very limited alcohol consumption 24 hours before your appointment. No/very limited caffeine consumption (includes all teas and preworkouts) 24 hours before your procedure. Do not take an aspirin or ibuprofen 24 hours prior to your appointment (this thins the blood) Tylenol is fine. Do not work out the day of your appointment. ☆ Please send a photo of your brows with no makeup on them in good lighting to browsbybrandi2018@gmail.com AfterCare Protocol: No sweating, sun, tanning for 7 days. No makeup or anti-aging products in/around the brows for 10 days. Cleanse and moisturize the brows as directed by your artist 2 times a day for the first week then let treatment area dry heal. No waxing or threading the brows for 10 days. IMPORTANT INFO Results vary per client and using a pencil or powder may still be needed. Everyone's skin heals and accepts pigment differently. I provide the same service to each of my clients. Aftercare, lifestyle and client's skin type plays a huge role in the outcome. There are NO GUARANTEES made as to how your skin will heal. This is a risk all clients must be willing to take when consenting to this procedure. For this reason refunds will not be given after a service has been done. Please have realistic expectations as nobody's face is perfectly symmetrical. Eyebrows can never be exactly identical due to our bone structure not being symmetrical to begin with but we will get them as even as possible using the correct measurements. The cost of future touch-ups is determined by the time frame you return from your last appointment. For the most part, getting this procedure done means low maintenance, not no maintenance. Cancellation Policy

A non refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to secure the time slot. I will gladly reschedule you ONCE and move your appointment to a new date if contacted at least 48 hours before your appointment. If you reschedule a SECOND time I will not approve it, your deposit will be forfeited and a new appointment with a new deposit will be needed. If you happen to be running more than 15 minutes late, I will not be able to accommodate your full service so your appointment will be cancelled and deposit will be forfeited. If another reschedule is needed, a new deposit is required to secure the new time slot. Last minute cancellations or no shows will result in your deposit being forfeited and you will need to pay another deposit for a new appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS.
